Batts, blown-in, and air sealing — installed as part of your renovation, coordinated with framing, MEP, and drywall so nothing gets closed up before it's right.
Insulation is one of those things that squeezed in and around other trades — after framing, before drywall, around MEP rough-ins. If it's not coordinated properly, you end up with gaps, compressed batts, or insulation installed before electrical is done. We manage the sequencing so it all goes in right, in the right order, before anything gets closed up.
Fiberglass or mineral wool batts in walls, floors, and ceilings. Cut to fit, properly seated, no compression. Standard on most renovation projects.
Cellulose or fiberglass blown into attics and enclosed cavities. Better coverage than batts in irregular spaces. Common on attic upgrades and additions.
Sealing penetrations, rim joists, and gaps before insulation goes in. Makes a real difference in performance — insulation without air sealing leaves money on the table.
We schedule insulation after MEP rough-in and framing inspection, before drywall. No guesswork, no trades stepping on each other.
Rim joists, foundation walls, and stud cavities all need insulation before drywall goes up. Air sealing here has a big impact on comfort and utility bills.
Any time walls come open for structural work, it's the right time to address insulation in those cavities. Once it's closed up, you've lost your shot.
Blown-in attic insulation is one of the higher-ROI home improvements. Often paired with air sealing at the attic floor for best results.
Any new framed space needs insulation before drywall. We handle it as part of the full project scope — no need to coordinate a separate contractor.
How we handle it: Insulation is usually part of a larger project scope — not a standalone job for us. If you have walls open, a basement to finish, or an attic that needs upgrading alongside other work, we'll include it in the estimate. We don't typically mobilize just to install insulation — if that's all you need, we'd be happy to give you a couple referrals you can work with directly.
