When the job crosses trade lines — plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall — you need a coordinator, not just a carpenter.
Jobs that require sequencing across 2 or more trades, where timing matters. Rough-ins go in before drywall. Inspections happen between trades. You need one person managing the schedule. That person is us.
New bathroom plumbing (supply + drain), electrical circuits, framing, and drywall to prime. Ready for fixtures and finish.
Relocating washer/dryer to a new spot. Includes framing, rough plumbing, electrical, drywall. Venting coordinated.
New basement bathroom, utility sink, or storage area. Full MEP rough-in, framing, drywall.
New half-bath in closet or alcove. Framing, plumbing rough, electrical rough, drywall to prime.
Moving sink or appliance location. Rough plumbing, rough electrical, framing adjustments, drywall patch and prime.
New bedroom window for egress/daylight. Framing, window rough, drywall, waterproofing rough. Part of larger projects.
We understand what you're building, who needs to be involved, and what the sequence looks like. You get a written estimate with timeline.
Framing goes in first, then rough-ins (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), then inspections if needed, then insulation and drywall. We coordinate so you don't have to.
When we're done, you inspect the work before we leave.
Supply lines, drain/waste, venting. From the main to rough-in points.
Panel work, circuits, boxes, and wire running. Before drywall.
Ductwork and equipment rough-in for new spaces.
Walls, backing, and structural carpentry work.
Hanging, taping, mudding to primed finish.
Subfloor prep and installation as needed.
