The backbone of most home projects — done precisely, so everything else lines up.
Carpentry is precision work. A wall that's plumb and straight means electrical outlets land right, drywall seams are clean, and everything downstream goes faster. We rough frame walls and with trim finishes in mind and prep everything to "paint ready".
Wall framing, partition walls, non-bearing and load-bearing with engineering. We set studs, headers, backing, and blocking. Everything is plumb, square, and code-compliant.
Door installation and replacement (interior and exterior), window rough openings, frame adjustments. Hinges and hardware.
Structural blocking for grab bars, TV mounts, shelving, handrail support. Cut, sized, and to code.
Stair repair (treads, risers, stringers), new stairwell opening, handrail blocking. Code-compliant, structurally sound.
Beam installation, posts, footings, load-bearing work. Always with engineering drawings in hand, built to spec, documented and inspected.
Door installation, closet framing, stair repair, blocking work — these are usually 1–2 day projects. Single trade, defined scope, we come in, do it right, and leave. See 1–2 day projects →
Bathroom rough-in, basement finish, kitchen reconfig — carpentry is the backbone, but MEP, drywall, and other trades are involved. These are 2–5 or 5–15 day projects. See 2–5 day projects → or 5–15 day projects →
