Skilled carpentry work that's too involved for a handyman and too small for a big general contractor.
Single-trade carpentry work, usually done in one to two days by a skilled carpenter. No permit required in most cases. We come in, do the work clean up, and get out. Think: well defined scope with a clear finish line.
Interior or exterior door replacement. Includes frame, hinges, hardware, paint-ready finish. Usually a single day.
Converting open space or reconfiguring existing closet. Includes framing, blocking for rod, and drywall prep.
Squeaky treads, damaged risers, loose handrail blocking. We fix the structural and cosmetic issues.
Structural blocking for grab bars, TV mounts, or shelving. We cut, secure, and finish paint-ready.
Water damage, rot, or damaged sections. We remove, install new subfloor, and prep for flooring.
Rough framing for shelving units, niches, or cabinetry backing. Drywall-ready construction.
Framing, doors, built-ins, stairs, blocking.
Hanging, taping, mudding to primed finish.
Batts, blown-in, air sealing.
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC rough-in.
Wall removal, beams, footings.
Subfloor prep and installation as needed.
If your project needs plumbing, electrical, or substantial drywall work beyond simple patching, it's probably a 2–5 day multi-trade project. We manage the coordination across all trades — one call, one schedule. See 2–5 day projects →
